Why is it so hard to get D23 expo tickets? How are most sold out already?

Also, when it was any turn to finally buy tickets, it kicked me out saying to connect my account even though my account is linked and logged in. What a mess…..

@DomTabon That’s unfortunate. They should have a set amount put aside for each released day. Also, I paid to be a Gold
Member just so I can get tickets on the gold member day, and no luck..

@ultabeauty your team dropped the ball with the @ColourPopCo x Twilight collab. Your social media team informed multiple customers that the drop would be 12pm est, but instead your team released the drop and allowed people to order at 12am est.

Very unprofessional.

Placed my order for Oogie Boogie bash tickets 3 hours ago and no confirmation email. Can’t call because Disney Ticket Support isn’t accepting calls. On chat they said they can’t check system to see if my order went through even though I was charged. This is a nightmare 😩
