I got Havells Geyser(15 lit) and while installation the person took away safety valve with him and even there was leakage in the pipe he fitted. On calling he was very rude, really pathetic service. Never going to buy havells again. That guy robbed.

On calling that installation guy Akhilesh(9131681091) he simply refused and openly challenged to register complaint as if he robbed people regularly. I have raised complaint 14072323145333 but still no resolution. @havellsindia @HavellsCare360

@IFBAppliances @IFBindia @IFBIND @IFB_Care Finally got a solution by technician that the motor is producing noise will be changed which would take another 4-5 days. Since I have received a defect product(1 month back) why you guys can’t replace the full machine as it’s faulty.

@IFBindia @HelpIFBindia @IFB_Care Got a new defective fully front loaded washing machine, getting a lot of noise during wash when drum rotates, sometimes drum even stop rotating. Raised complaint no. 1009907379 which got resolved and no proper solution provided by the engineer.

Please increase the priority of this request. At the time uninstallation I was assured that within 14 days refund will be processed. Today 70 days are completed !! Poor refund services @reliancejio !

@JioCare Till now I have not received the Refund for cancellation of Jiofiber connection.
Uninstallation date - 7th August 2021 , completed almost 2 months.
Poor services , planning to switch to airtel !!
