There is not one sole reason it makes them happy. It's cat and dog people at that point

They would rather have this, for any definable reason, and people are naturally uncomfortable and sad when they do not reach that

Was it narrow of me to ignore the cases where dysphoria is crushing? Yes. But those people are dedicated and put care into transition without needing misery to do it
