@HEPennypack1 First, get ur concepts cleared. Heaven & Hell are reward and punishment for execution of free-will. Heaven or Hell are not meant for testing the free-will. To put the free-will to test, this world is full of everything good and bad.

Almost every chapter in Quran speaks about it.
