Football Twitter is an extremely reactionary minefield, not just now but throughout the season.

Son didn't "lose Arsenal the title", all the sides City are clearing out the way the last few weeks aren't "throwing the game because they hate Arsenal". If Arsenal don't win the league on Sunday, they'd have done that themselves. Football isn't played from January to May, it's a long 10 month battle that takes every single fiber of emotion to try to keep on top of. Arsenal have been near perfect since January, winning 15 out of 17, with an incredible +44 GD, the title wasn't lost with a home game vs Aston Villa in that run, or a draw at reigning champions Manchester City.

The 0 points vs Aston Villa, 1 point vs Fulham, draws vs Spurs & Chelsea all factor in & they're from so early in the season, games where we simply weren't good enough. Whether you choose to blame Mikel Arteta for some of those or not is your choice, there are certainly moments this season with selection and subs that you may question - But in reality, who are we to question him compared to what we may think we know?

You can't use the VAR controversy away to Villa and Newcastle, we were not good enough on the day and that's the bottom line. In this league you have to be perfect when going up against arguably one of the greatest Premier League sides in history that is this Manchester City side.

"What if Trossard scored vs Aston Villa? What if we could finish one of the 500 chances we made around Christmas?" Look at it the other way, what if Rice doesn't make 2 goal line clearances in late wins vs Brentford & City? What if we don't keep going and get late wins vs Man City, Man Utd, Brentford twice, Luton?

This season has been considerably better than last season, this Arsenal side are growing into one of the best an entire generation of Arsenal fans have ever seen - They're also the Arsenal side with the most wins in Premier League history for the club.

The trophies are coming, I truly believe that. I've seen more than enough over the past two seasons to know we're The Arsenal again and teams fear us, fans dread playing us.

Bring on Sunday, whatever it may bring, as long as there’s hope, you have a chance.
