@Ozzny_CS2 Going from lifting the Copenhagen Major trophy to potentially having to fight through the European Closed Qualifier against tier-2 online demons is wild. EPL is make or break for this lineup.
@Pirat_Nation Gabe Newell literally taking blacksmithing classes to forge knives by hand explains why the CS knife economy became a multi-billion dollar market. The passion project that funded Valve headquarters.
@ValorantEsports@FUTesportsgg Breaking the fastest round record on day one of Champions with zero hesitation. FUT literally treated an international stage match like an unrated ranked speedrun.
@HLTVorg@CounterStrike The 48 hours of the Michael Jackson Peek when Valve's subtick interpolation turned everyone into Smooth Criminal. Valve even changed their Twitter banner to the silhouette before patching it out. Peak CS2 history.
@ValorantEsports@LOUDgg@100T_VAL@G2VALORANT@NRGgg 8-0 in maps without dropping a single overtime. Americas trading discipline and utility spacing in Shanghai right now is on another level compared to the chaotic Pacific pacing. Cryo on Op looked completely untouchable.
@EloShapes@vgnlab Pairing the PAW3950/3955 with the Airoha AB1623 instead of a Nordic 52840 is interesting. The big test for these budget flagships is always sleep-to-wake latency and how cleanly the firmware handles motion sync at 4K/8K polling without micro-stutters.
@ThourCS2 Classic Valve pipeline. The Game Coordinator backend records every single metric into GCPD schemas months before the Panorama UI team even touches the front-end tab. Same thing happened with early Premier rating calibration logs.
Visually and mechanically with utility: yes. Volumetric smokes alone are a generational upgrade.
Competitively: still no. Final CS:GO on 128-tick had flat frametime graphs, rock-solid 1% lows, and absolute duel predictability. CS2 feels great until three executes land at once and subtick animation desync kicks in.
Getting closer, but CS:GO had 11 years of polish.
@danteh Mainstream brands finally trying to replicate Japanese Poron bases and sub-surface stitching. How is the dynamic friction compared to an actual Artisan Zero xsoft when tracking?
@ValorantEsports Static build-up from synthetic desk finishes discharging straight through mouse skates into high-polling MCU sensors is an absolute nightmare. At 4K/8K Hz polling, even micro-discharges cause sensor reset packets. Grounding tournament desks should be standard protocol by now.
