@FreshDirect When I asked where it was delivered they said that the driver didn't know where he delivered it. Your company seems to know they are doing a bad job because I have also stopped receiving the surveys that I would receive after every other delivery.

@FreshDirect I told them it was showing as delivered. They assured me it was an error and I would hear from the driver soon. About an hour later I received a call that the driver delivered it somewhere that was not my building.

@FreshDirect This week the order just did not show up. when i went to the tracker on the site it was listed as delivered. I spoke to customer service and they said the driver was on the way and would reach out to me when to expect delivery.

@FreshDirect Broken items, frozen items coming mostly defrosted due to a non refrigerated truck being used and missing items. Last week the delivery person told my wife we had to provide a hand truck in order for them to bring up the full order.

@FreshDirect Delivery people show up, not in uniform or any identifiable clothing and will drop the items at the door sill and take a picture. Since then I have had many issues with deliveries.

@FreshDirect Why fresh direct sucks now: This used to be a good company with reliable delivery. Recently the company has moved to a new method of delivery where a fresh direct team is not making the delivery from a fresh direct truck, but a third party seems to be making them.
