So many gainers (or those who dream of gaining) worry too much about what the world thinks and not enough about what they think of themselves. The amount of guys who are 30+ that I interact with and ask for advice on a topic that shouldn’t even be a concern makes me feel so sad. I want to hug all of these guys and tell them they deserve to live on their terms.. Average male life expectancy in the USA is 76.5 years. If you’re nearing 40 and still not pursuing your dream body out of fear of judgement, you just spent half of your life living for the approval of others. Let today be the day you change that.
