@harrynotaverage I don’t watch hermitcraft much, but a lot of their voices are super calming so when nothing else works for me, I listen to their videos (mostly gem’s) to bed. Alternatively, I watch subway surfers gameplay to sleep.

@harrynotaverage Elevate your legs to like a 90 degree position, and loosen all the muscles in your toes to your scalp slowly (toes, then lower legs, then thighs ect.) while watching asmr slime videos (or whatever else you find repetitive but somewhat interesting so your mind can turn off).
