@SouthwestAir As a frequent flyer with SW, checking in is now a pain jn the butt. An assistant regularly checks in entire team or family at once and texts boarding passes. This makes us less likely to fly SW when there is a choice.

@SouthwestAir New SW iphone app did not allow me to me text/email my boarding pass after checking in, only add it to wallet. Is this temporary? Please bring back texting/emailing boarding passes.

Visiting NASA yesterday to see what they are doing with VR, one of the interesting points is that they are in the process of migrating from their old, in-house graphics engine to Unity and Unreal.
