Oh, The Last of Us ? The game Neil co-wrote with Bruce Straley, then when he became vice-president of Naughty Dog, Straley left because of creative difference and we got a terrible, overrated sequen ?
Oh, Uncharted 2 ? Written and directed by Amy Hennig, who created the whole franchise ? The same Amy Hennig who "left" Naughty Dog soon after Neil became vice-president WHILE SHE WAS WORKING on Uncharted 4, then he started doing rewrites on said game before every website and browsers started saying that he was "the creator of Uncharted" for some reason ?
Uncharted, the franchise that got a movie where the first writer left because he wanted Amy Hennig's approval, but Neil said "no", so they got somebody else who just followed Neil's commands and we got one of the most disposable and forgettable movies ever made ?
That Neil Druckmann ? Are we talking about THAT guy ? Are you praising HIM ?
I mean, you do you.
Say, are you hyped for Intergalactic ?
The game that's been in development for insanely long, reportedly is brutally over-budget, and stuck in a gaming era that's slowly dying, because people like Neil Druckmann caused the entire industry to crash ? The game who's script leaked, and turns out it was another "I love Israel" story, like The Last of Us 2 (Druckmann admitted it himself) ?
Are you hyped for that ?
Onkey does not have the funds to pay back at this moment. When SVA signed on to Onkey I made a deal where I would ONLY pay in partial payments every month leading up to the event because I was weary on a new business partner, it turned out this was the correct call because of the deal SVA was fortunate enough to aggressively and quickly recoup our sponsorship. At this time SVA has been paid back the $2000 we spent on onkey to date.
I never touched this money as I had a funny feeling when we parted it would be needed. SVA will be pledging this $2000 to Artist alley artists who have not gotten a refund on their table and I am adding an additional $500 of my own money coming to a total of $2500 I will assist artist alley artists with recouping their loss from this event.
I do this NOT to help onkey but because I know the financial strain paying for a table can be and how devasting a loss of a few hundred can be when you are already struggling. We will commit to cover up to $2500.
what to do:
=======
contact [email protected] with a receipt or proof and your amount owed along with your paypal. We wil cross verify and confirm before sending funds to you. We will only be covering up to $2500 in which after that I will publicly state when its capped.
Again, I do this NOT to help onkey. The reality is the vendors and artist alley participants will most likely not be paid back. This is the best I can do to assist. At this time I am only starting with Artist Alley.
The domestication of so many animals in human history is really not that far off from us just capturing them and them going "I owe you an apology; I really wasn't familiar with your game."
NGL seeing scalpers ruin themselves with this new Pokémon set is the BEST thing I've seen all year.
FUCK YOU SCALPERS it's exactly what you all deserve LMAO
See, this is probably the most annoying thing about this argument.
This is a scene where Chris is desperately trying to save his partner, going through over the top strain to save her. There’s no quirky dialogue, no wacky soundtrack. It’s played entirely straight.
When you look at it, YOUR reaction is “wow that’s really crazy and pretty funny in hindsight”, but for Chris it’s “I’m putting everything I have to do this!”
He’s not going “Wow isn’t this crazy? Isn’t this just wacky?” That’s you, that’s where the humor comes from. It’s your disbelief at how intense the situation gets.
If you bring up Leon’s one liners, the man says them without a shred of irony. He says that shit with his whole chest, and that’s what makes it stick. If he says “Where’s everyone going, bingo?” He’s not going “EH? EH? ISN’T THAT WACKY?!” Afterwords and no one is going “UGH, focus, L”
When people say Resident Evil has humor, it is perfectly acceptable to ask what kind of humor you’re talking about because of what passes for humor nowadays.
BREAKING: For the first time since the Iran war began, JPMorgan says it no longer has a baseline view on oil, writing "we simply don't know how to model the endgame," and that the assumption that the Middle East disruptions are temporary is "becoming increasingly difficult to sustain," per JPMorgan Global Research.
The bank says it had assumed there were economic red lines the Trump administration would be unwilling to cross, and that six months later "many of those lines have been crossed, yet the exit strategy is less clear, not more."
Chevron's CEO said this week the Great fuel crisis has officially arrived, as Trump officials continue to claim the disruption temporary.
