@FlyYKF will be getting 2x weekly service to Montreal #YUL starting in July via @FlairAirlines

For the first time in a while, @flyyhm will be getting a new airline!

@Lynx_Air will begin operating flights to YYC and YHZ from YHM starting at the end of June.

Westjet no longer has a monopoly on the YHM-YYC route so fares will finally drop on that route.

@stormwx1 The big hurdle, I think, will be getting rid of the vax requirement to go on a plane and train in this country. Unfortunately, I feel that @JustinTrudeau has a big enough ego to not let go of that rule... which is only hurting airlines and not really reducing transmit. #canpoli

@stormwx1 I agree, its time to move on. Dr. Tam and Dr. Moore both believe Vaccine passports aren't really useful anymore in reducing transmissibility, especially with the omicron spread.

I think we're finally entering the endemic stage and will just let the virus live with us.

Swoop is the subsidiary of Westjet.

Flair doesn't start Mexico flights until next month so they probably didn't need to seek immediate action.
