The nice part: the refactor is auditing itself.

Moving code keeps shaking out real bugs, fixed inline: tool-stack lifecycle correctness, multiple null-guards, and a same-day fix for a startup crash the work itself introduced. Also a Quartz timing out-of-bounds regression fix.

Worth pulling: a Nanite crash with translucency disabled (the default config), a landscape spline regression, a Vulkan submission-thread deadlock, a MegaLights + Forward Rendering crash. Tail-end maintenance, but real fixes.
