If u initiate early shield to max dps but if u get engaged on shielding after when u can trade back is better

Make Yone deal 10-15% extra dps while his E is active and modify it so that if he doesn't snap back after 4+ seconds, his body remains in it's current position and e dmg amp toggles off.

Traveling half map while on "safe mode" should not be a thing.
