I’m always surprised by the extremely high quality of Soldiers we have to board for promotion. It’s also amazes me reading the things our soldiers have done within their reporting period. No one can say our soldiers are not as good as they used to be.

@Codders4 @1220AirCadets @aircadets During every RE Sldrs Wing CM visits I tell the audience, when I joined I was told I was not as good as the people who joined before me, nothing can be further from the truth, is was far harder for you to join and pass training and we now ask far more of you, you have my respect

@exiledholdfast I totally agree, one day we will hopefully catch up. During our RE Sldrs Wing visits to units I always show a slide with a few photos and I always make the point, everyone has the opportunity of a full and rewarding career in the Corps, if I can do it you can.
