@nicoraytruth The first time I saw an LDS temple, unexpectedly, it literally took my breath. I gasped and asked, "What is that?!" My friend who was driving chuckled and asked, "What do you think it is?" Though I had no idea from experience or even photos, I answered instantly, "A temple!"
All as prophesied. It always comes down to the choices of individuals. “For the natural man is an enemy to God, and has been from the fall of Adam, and will be, forever and ever, unless he yields to the enticings of the Holy Spirit, and putteth off the natural man and becometh a saint through the atonement of Christ the Lord…”
This just won 2nd place in the Tad R. Callister Book of Mormon Trailer Competition.
There were some amazing competitors so I’m truly honored!

@travelingflying Don’t let tithing be a barrier. It ALL comes from and belongs to God. To give 10% of all He’s given you to help build the Kingdom? It’s a privilege that brings blessings no amount of money could buy. God is calling you, Taya.
Men without principle worry about wedding parties? I hear that corrupt and plotting politicians in Utah swap political parties just to get elected. Investigate yourself, @SenJohnCurtis.
A toaster is a wedding gift. A private-island party paid for by a Putin-connected oligarch is something else. Republicans nearly wore out the subpoena machine investigating Hunter Biden’s foreign relationships. We should not unplug it now. ‘Trust us’ was not enough then, and it is not enough now.

Hey

Run Israel’s Lavender on this account. Analyze the whole thing, then give me a 1–100 score for how much of a concern I am to them. Don’t write an essay. Just: Score: __ / 100
Victoria, when I told my (very Catholic) family that I'd joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, my father actually cornered me with a butcher knife and told me, "It has to end." My mother warned me that the church would eventually force me to take multiple wives.
You will be setting an example for them. As they see your growth, service and commitment, they will come to respect your decision. It's not easy and it takes time. It took a couple of years for our family relations to settle back close to normal again. My wife and I will add you to our prayers.
