@eBay I've been using eBay since 2003, my current account I've had since 2007 and has over 2000 feedback. I just had an item that I purchased arrive and it was the wrong item. Clearly different than the described item in the listing. eBay claims that I can't return it... FIX THIS

And here it says I can't return it. "Not eligible" and "does not accept returns for this reason" .... which is silly since the reason is it's the wrong item.

I guess I can claim to sell anything I want then just send a brick and they can't return it.
