One company-wide email policy is not always enough.

Before IT approves an Outlook add-in that checks outgoing email, ask: if the service is unreachable, does Outlook send the email or hold it

FYI: Outlook recall only works inside your own org, on unopened mail. For bulk or external email, the review has to happen before Send.

@bgurley Spammers meanwhile need to send millions of emails to make the economics work. But if it cost them something, anything, every time they send an email blast then it would crush the spam industry.
@bgurley If email cost a few Satoshi's you could be paid to receive spam. And if you think that you don't want to pay to send an email, imagine that you send an email and pay your recipient a few Satoshi's they will do the same when they reply.
I fear that AI has decimated the traditional email inbox as we know it. Too many personalized emails slip through spam filter. Hope someone builds a better mousetrap. This one is cooked in its current form.
