Dear @Paystack,

I am publicly appealing for help regarding my business account, SPEXAMO TECH & AGRO LIMITED, which has been disabled for over a month without resolution.

My concern is no longer even about restoring the account at this point — it is about access to my own funds.

There is over ₦2,000,000 in the account, and despite providing the requested information and complying with every review request from your team, I have still not received any meaningful response or access to withdraw my money.

To be very clear:

• I did NOT receive payments from customers or third parties.
• The funds in the account were deposited by me personally.
• I have not engaged in fraud, chargebacks, or any illegal activity.
• I fully cooperated with every compliance request made by Paystack.

If Paystack no longer wishes to support my business, I respect that decision.

However, withholding access to my own funds for this long without a clear resolution is deeply unfair and has severely affected my business operations.

As a growing Nigerian business, over ₦2 million being locked for more than a month has caused significant operational and financial difficulties.

I am respectfully asking Paystack to:

Either restore limited access so I can withdraw my funds, OR
Provide a clear timeline and process for releasing the balance legally belonging to me.

I still believe Paystack is a reputable company, which is why I am making this appeal professionally and publicly in hopes of getting attention from the appropriate support/compliance team.

Please help resolve this matter.

Now people’s Status updates get buried unless you chat with them often.

This kills organic reach — especially for businesses using Status to communicate.

Simple fix:
👉 Give us a toggle:
“Latest First” or “Algorithm-Based”

Not everything needs to be optimized like social media.

Sometimes, users just want control.
