What’s happening to the NHS, our staff and the patients we serve, is not OK.

In my 21 years of working in A&E, I’ve never seen things so bad.

This is replicated in every UK hospital.

Last day yesterday as Deputy Resus Lead. I have loved the past 3 1/2 yrs working alongside Alex and more recently Stevan. It’s been great teaching and supporting my mental health colleagues. Now leaving physical health and returning to my mental health passion with Triage.

Today the Resus Service are teaching ILS ❤️at Charis Centre in Crawley and at the Charmandean in Worthing Another 21 staff now up to date with their mandatory training. Unfortunately 15 staff didn’t attend their mandatory training today 🙁 @SPFT_PHMatters @MyLearningSPFT
