@JLinvilleFert It’s all excess. The New Brunswick terminal was vended into Canpotex after Nutrien shut down its NB mine 5+ years back. Most export vol moves through Neptune (Van) & Portland — shorter rail haul & better terminal logistics — but NB took the slack when Portland went down last yr.
