But I think justice Mathopo was disingenuous here. What happens if I fail to file my papers in court as directed by a sitting judge? If that judge makes and adverse ruling against me, is he/she being emotional?

Sometimes law must make sense even to a lay person.

Justice Mathopo dealt with the IEC case properly, it’s not built on any fact but emotion. Communities must be given a chance to vote for who they want.
