‘@CityTshwan @nasiphim, the electricity issue at Block BB is really frustrating. It’s the third week now with power outages everyday. Load shedding is making it worse but the municipality is also aware of the illegal connections at informal settlements feeding of the IA sub.

They’ve been fixing the same problem for almost two weeks and the community members were asking them what the solution is. We’re professionals and wouldn’t want to ruin our careers by holding people hostage

I can confidently say that @Nedbank management doesn’t review calls with consultants and clients. The consultants are often unprofessional, rude and lack knowledge about basic client requirements. It’s frustrating… It’s either they are poorly trained or it’s new hires each time.
