In the first of a series of Meet the Director videos, we sat down with new, incoming theater director Nicolette Trivlis, and asked her the five questions that most people are asking. Come get to know our new theater director on Friday, July 28 at 5pm!

#LoveandBeloved Thank you Rick Armstrong for this beautiful photo of Jason and #Troup3383 #SPHSFOTT #FOTT #ApplaudMyTeacher #TonyAwards

[SPHS FOTT @SPHSFOTT]

@orlandosentinel At the expense of the exceptional educator she was there to honor. There's a time and place for everything. That was neither. Our director deserved better.

[SPHS FOTT @SPHSFOTT]

#BCPS had a video clip of our theater director accepting his #TonyAward ready for today's meeting but they declined to play it. A rare occurrence of POSITIVE NATIONAL recognition for a beleaguered district and they decline to take full advantage of it. SMH.

Not gonna lie, really disappointed by @DeneeBenton. She totally stole the spotlight from what should have been a moment of celebration of the arts in education. Instead she diverted attention to herself at the expense of our wonderful director. @TheTonyAwards @CarnegieMellon

[SPHS FOTT @SPHSFOTT]

@KyloCool630 She totally stole the spotlight from what should have been a moment of celebration for an acclaimed Florida high school theater arts teacher. Only ideologues would not recognize this. Shame on her.

For family reasons, #ExcellenceInEducation #TonyAward winner #JasonZembuchYoung will be starting a NEW theater program at Dr. Joaquin García High School in Lake Worth. They have very little in the way of theater equipment. Please donate if you can. https://t.co/s8r1xyItOc

We are so very proud of this man- our theater director, Jason @zembuch Young. He brought #TheaterForTheDeaf to our school 18 years ago and he was recognized by @CarnegieMellon at the #TonyAwards for his #ExcellenceInEducation. #tonyAwards2023 #InclusionMatters

We are so very proud of this man- our theater director, Jason @zembuch Young. He brought #TheaterForTheDeaf to our school 18 years ago and it was never the same. His speech was both gracious and encouraging. #TonyAwards #TonyAwards2023 #InclusionMatters @CarnegieMellon

Due to the SBBC closing all schools over the summer there won't be an FOTT Summer Theater Camp this year. But Mr. Zembuch Young has a special message for all his campers. Check it out! https://t.co/rJfJUN1pSo

[SPHS FOTT @SPHSFOTT]

We at the #FOTT are excited about our new initiative. Tune in Friday night at 7pm as we premier "#LetsTalkBusiness" at https://t.co/d1dKv4YZ6Y and on Facebook. It's our way of giving back to those small, local businesses that have always been there for us!
