Who Killed the Video Star is number one in TV & Film category! If you like music or grew up with MTV or are curious where media is headed, this show is for you. One of my favorite shows I’ve worked on. Listen here: https://t.co/num9R1QxrX
El oh elz. But fine. Ball up top.
Play within the rules, play *just* as physical as SA and make the officials show their stripes. Again. Go from there.
Enough with the ref discussion and sideshows.
Rally around each other. Get the vibes back. Win 2 games. Win a championship.
No flagrant upgrade on the uncalled foul of Spurs' Victor Wembanyama to Knicks' Jalen Brunson on Monday night, a league spokesperson tells ESPN. Wembanyama will stay at two flagrant points in postseason.
@waldojunia_@andrewsharp Exactly. They lost that game on their own.
The Knicks fouled plenty. But they were penalized more for it at times, especially early in the 4th. Enforcement felt selective at points. That can be part of the story, too.
Appreciate your perspective. Rational fans exist!
@waldojunia_@andrewsharp Indeed. Forcing teams to challenge because of missed calls gave the Spurs what amounted to extra timeouts. Wemby didn’t have to sit at all in the 4th. Stuff like that is part of the story.
Game 2 was egregious. This wasn’t as bad. But it’s part of the equation.
Knicks had too many turnovers and didn’t play well enough to win.
But it may not have mattered. Fix was in. Comically bad officiating for a second straight game in favor of the Spurs, notably on missed technicals, flagrants, etc.
Second half FTs: SA 24 - NY 8
Underrated part of the awful officiating in the game and the 4th especially is Wemby never had to sub out. They acted like long timeouts.
Bad officiating once again benefiting the Spurs.
Knicks in the penalty 3 mins into the 4th. Sure.
Knicks have been bad in the second half. But the officials have done their part for the Spurs for 2 straight games. And then some.
Fix was in and the Knicks didn’t do enough overcome it.
Steph Castle just plays football out there. He’s a good player, but he needs to not complain when he’s called for his nonsense.
Spurs are a good team. But my stars they are unlikeable with the officials in their pockets.
@AaronNagler I wouldn’t mind them letting everyone be physical, but if you convert oxygen to CO2 too loudly near Wemby, it’s a foul. The inconsistency is astounding.
Mitchell Robinson's (NYK) technical foul against Victor Wembanyama (SAS) at 4:56 of the 2nd quarter in Game 2 of the NBA Finals on 6/5/26 has been rescinded upon league review.
Refs getting Spurs back into the game. Truly awful. And the Knicks still absorb the run.
Whatever happens. The is egregious.
If it evens out; the Knicks win.
