Buckle up, buttercups. It’s story time. One of my absolute favorite human beings got married yesterday. The significant other and I have basically not left the house in a year except when we moved. Masks and social distancing were promised. I refused to miss this event.

So that’s how the male and I wound up getting delivered to a roadside motel by a waitress we just met in the smallest town I’ve ever seen. And I don’t that’s how he planned the proposal but it was honestly perfect.
