There are forms of advanced eastern meditations where the practitioner is instructed to focus on the sensations of different points on the body, like the hair of the head, and then hair on the body, and then eventually the organs, feeling the liver, the kidneys, etc
It might be prove extremely difficult in the beginning, but after diligent practice you can get a real sensation of feeling where it goes.
A mentor of mine once told me about having watched a shamanic master downed a handful of supplements, herbs, other drugs, etc to “feel where and what region of the brain they activate.
He was able to trace what lit up and where it would travel to next.
Similar thing.
One of the only reliable ways you can substantially increase your IQ is through developing your sense-abilities, and you can literally practice this anywhere at any time just by looking at an object and vividly describing it in as much detail as you possibly can, and in every one of the five senses.
After a while of diligently practicing THAT, the result is just straight up bizarre. Your ability to grasp the world increases ten fold. You’ll listen to someone recounting an experience they had and you’ll see it in 4K ULTRA HD (and sometimes see the exact scene they’re describing)… you’ll see movies when you read books, etc.
You can develop synesthesia (cross senses; hearing colours, seeing smells, etc) by doing this.
I’m fluent in more than one language and conversant in a few.
Have you ever heard the advice of brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand?
Well, recently I’ve taken to reading books in other languages and noticed the synesthesic experience is completely different, with a whole new set of textures and colours not available (at least, to me) in English.
This extends to speaking, but to a lesser degree. With the languages I’m not as skilled at, I have to really lock in and give my full concentration to understand what is being said.
I want to encourage you to think about how much further you can develop your brain by practicing it’s perceiving functions in new and challenging ways. Practicing mindfulness by noticing all the sensations. Right now, without moving your feet, become conscious of where your toes are sitting and how they feel in space. Notice your breath, watch your chest as it rises and falls. Close your eyes, count how many different sounds you can become aware of that you were previously tuning out. Learn a new language, go travel to a country where English is not the primary language and force your brain to adapt.
By doing this, you will grow and train your brain tremendously, and that will translate into other arenas in ways you could not possibly imagine.
Raise your IQ, enhance your ability to sense and perceive, and expand your capacity to grasp phenomena of all kinds.
Namaste.
@Electrarythm Rudolf Steiner basically advises everyone to do this exact exercise to strengthen thinking and concentration.
He considers it the most fundamental esoteric practice.

AFFIRM:
WINNING IS RIDICULOUSLY EASY FOR ME BECAUSE IT IS MY NATURAL STATE
MY PRESENCE DISTORTS THE FIELD OF REALITY IN SUCH A WAY THAT WINNING BECOMES INEVITABLE
This is why tipping heavy is so beneficial. It's showing yourself that you have enough money and can spend it freely.
Loosening your grip on a past success ironically allows you to become even greater.
As you lay down the chains of the past, you can become what you already are
In this world, we possess most completely, that which we release most completely.
- Manly P Hall
Holding on to tight to success creates a subconscious imprint of poverty.
You're basically telling yourself you can't afford to lose it.
Act from abundance instead
Let go
Above all, you must learn to become (and remain) flexible and adaptable.
As 19th Century Prussian military strategist Helmuth von Moltke so eloquently put it:
"No battle plan survives first contact with the enemy."
Put a different way, when asked his thoughts on the strategy of his opponents, Mike Tyson responded;
"Everyone has a plan... until I punch them in the mouth."
There is no such thing as a bad business plan on paper.
But shit happens. Life unfolds with its myriad of unexpected and unaccountable variables.
You WILL get hit. It's not a matter of if, but WHEN.
And when circumstance does strike, how are you going to respond?
The amateur falls in love with the plan.
The professional falls in love with the mission.
But the plan is just the first draft map drawn, not yet bloodied by reality. Reality has teeth. Markets shift. Technology develops. Wind changes direction.
Encountering change, and emerging victorious is less a matter of "having a plan", and more about having the internal resources and architecture to keep moving, and adjust on the fly when your plan gets murdered.
Musashi said,
"Fixation is the way to death; Fluidity is the way to life."
YOU MUST STAY ADAPTABLE.
NEVER FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PLAN.
BOB AND WEAVE. ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES.
Plan lovers are one variable change away from being paralysed. When rubber meets the road, and life doesn't match exactly how they spreadsheeted it.. they freeze, they panic, they quiver, cower, and give up.
Then they look for someone to blame...
Be it the weather, the economy, the jews, their childhood, their competitors, the algo, their genetics, their parents, the nature of the other gender, their ex, their "trauma", their timing, their lack of resources. Anything.
ANYTHING, except the ugly truth.
They CUCKED. They folded under pressure.
They threw in the towel.
All because, what they failed to realise is...
Much like a rocket, which does not fly to it's destination by being perfectly on course the entire time... but rather, through TINY and CONSTANT course-corrections, deviations, and adjustments. Over and over. Again and again. YOU MUST LEARN TO ADAPT ON THE FLY.
(No pun intended)
Success does not come from being right at the beginning. Success comes from correcting course at a rate faster than the environment can kill you.
Darwin echoed this in his final conclusion, determining the exact quality that allows organisms to survive, expand, flourish, and prosper:
"It is not the strongest, nor the smartest of the species that survives. It is the organism MOST ADAPTABLE TO CHANGE."
FALL IN LOVE WITH CORRECTING COURSE.
Rather than having the goal of creating a life where nothing hits you, instead, aspire to become the kind of person who can take the hit, absorb the feedback and alchemise the experience, becoming better/faster/stronger because of it.
Be bending, but never breaking.
Pivoting, but never abandoning the mission.
Condition yourself day by day to be fluid in method, and violently resolute in commitment.
Above all, you must learn to become (and remain) flexible and adaptable.
It is the only way to ensure your survival.
Namaste.
If you had the opportunity to pick a "REALISTIC SUPERPOWER" ie .. actual abilities you can have, and not x-ray vision, flying, or laser eyes...
The ability to LEARN things SUPER QUICKLY... is definitely up there with the most valuable of 'em
That's my pick.
Because not only can you use it in literally any and every field/area of life... but also because super fast learning is the ULTIMATE force multiplier behind everything that people call:
- talent
- charisma
- money
- power
- destiny
etc
The ability to learn fast means you can acquire skills faster, can recover from mistakes faster, can read people faster, can adapt to new environents faster, can make better decisions quicker, and can re-iterate upon lived experience faster... leading to an ENORMOUS cumulative effect of compound interest that just get stronger and stronger.
In real life - WINNERS rarely have the perfect conditions for success simply handed to them. No.
WINNERS are those of us who can METABOLISE REALITY QUICKER THAN OTHERS.
They go through an experience > SEE the lesson > ABSORB the pattern > they ADJUST > they MOVE FORWARD > REPEAT
Show me a room full of winners and I will show you a room full of people who metabolise reality at breakneck speeds.
Super learning, as an ability, means you can walk into a room full of unfamiliar rules and instantly walk away having cleared the fog-of-war, to adapt to the game on the fly.
Which, by the way, is exactly what you did as an infant.
You can drop a super learner into anyuthing; business, sales, fitness, social dynamics, persuasion, investing, basically ANY skilled domain you can think of, and they waste no time as they translate and convert experience and data into a working model from which they develop real capability... at an ever-increasing rate.
But it goes even further than this...
Look at everyone you know who sucks.
What do they all share in common?
They are all SLOW.
Walk slow. Think slow.Slow at making decisions, acquiring skills and ALSO slow at interpreting the experiences they collect.
It's as if their brains are not ON.
Why is it two people can go through the same "training" yet can come out the other side with wildly varying results?
THAT difference is predicated on their ability to PAY ATTENTION:
CHIEFLY - their ability to pay attention to the difference between a winning and losing strategy. In other words; what works and what doesn't.
Defined; The faster learner is he or she who is able to EXTRACT THE LESSON faster (interpret/translate) the wisdom from the experience.
AKA METABOLISE REALITY.
Super learning is the BEST "realistic" superpower because it grants one an executive advantage over life itself.
Super learners are those who metabolise reality the fastest. Plain and simple
They lock in on reality. They observe things as they are, and not as they wish it were. They study it cleanly. They extract what matters from the process. They notice what works and what fails. They refine, recalibrate, and return FASTER, BETTER, STRONGER, than in their previous iteration.
Give THAT person enough time?
And it's guaranteed that they become a monster and rise to the top of ANY domain of their choosing because they are effectively compounding INSIGHT ITSELF.
It is imperative that you are constantly converting lived experience into sharper judgement, allowing you to play the game at continuously higher, and more intentional, levels.
METABOLISE REALITY FASTER.
Namaste.
"Heaven is right where you are standing"
"Can crowd eternity in an hour, or stretch an hour into eternity"
"The universe is represented in an atom, in a moment of time"
Reality is like a mirror of your own Self.
Try this: Observe yourself in a mirror and see what your reflection does when you reach out with your hand to touch it.
If you want to experience love, don't wait for others to give it to you. Give out love and reality will return it.
@ZackBro74245761@RudolfStein2026 Are you by any chance referring to Gurdjieffs statement that one needs to read his books three times to truly comprehend it?
Never disregard your intuition.
Even if it might not appear rational,
consider that your judgment of the idea might be irrational in itself
Your brain is always taking in new data calculating at an incomprehensible rate.
Search for that feeling of inner knowingness.
