Der Zusteller hat nicht mal bei mir geklingelt. Hätte ich das Paket nicht ständig verfolgt, wäre es die ganze Nacht draußen geblieben. Das ist sicherlich nicht normal oder?

@AirCanada i never complain about much but my latest experience with
@AirCanada has me quite disappointment. Upon arrival at my final destination, I reported my missing luggage directly at the airport.

Nothing was communicated to me until I then decided to call the service number this morning to find out what was going on as I could see my luggage wasn't on the way as had initially been communicated.
