I don’t want to get into the legal aspect of someone claiming their signature is forged in the court of law without proof of who and where it was forged, let me focus on what the court already decided until it rules on the case, which is that the party should maintain the current leaders until its rules on the matter.
So why will and should inec sideline a party when the court have decided otherwise
