@sewingparts customer service sucks. USPS never delivered ordered manual my wife ordered but say they did. Now have no manual or the $22 paid for the manual. Like USPS never makes mistakes. Thanks for nothing - literally nothing

@sewingparts Order 31823801. Mail was held due to travel when marked delivered. Wasn't delivered with other mail on return. Post Office lost it while holding mail. Tim in your company basically said tough luck. Fe a lost package claim with USPS which will do NOTHING. We have no manual.

First one of 4 checked bags was never tagged by the agent and handlers fortunately call me to fix. Now 3 off 4 bags didn't make the flight so we are pretty screwed. Flight 4925 ATL to GGT.

@Delta They showed up but I fail to understand why priority bags literally were the last ones off the belt but the handlers made up for it by leaving them all out in the rain so they were very wet as well. The first bags off were nice and dry - just not priority bags so I don't get it
