They ask everyone in line what their question will be, so they can filter to traumatic or inappropriate questions. But the people simply lie. The only thing they probably need to do strictly is taking the mic away, if they got lied to.

The girl who asked the question was super rude and cringe. The room was embarrassed that she asked such things and tried to force her narrative on him.

Jensen wasn't rude, he wasn't authoritative. He was calm, but stood by his opinion. Whoever the fan was who asked was rude, interrupted him at least twice and wanted her imagination as the only right answer.
