@AmericanAir Thanks for the canned answer, you must never have flown into PHL at night. We always wait to get parked at the gate. Actually not a very safe thing too as we are blocking active taxi areas. Other airports don’t have this issue as much as PHL.

@AmericanAir how come every time I land at PHL after 9pm we have to wait over 15 minutes for ground crew to park our plane. Do they not have watches or they too busy napping. On this flight an extra 45 minutes because couldn’t push us back and now over 15 min to park

@AmericanAir is everything you own old and broken down. Stuck in Orlando because the 30yr old tug is broken and we can’t push back from the gate. Another fun American Airlines trip, where if you aren’t delayed because of equipment failure did you really travel with AA

@AmericanAir How about some new planes that don’t always breakdown. We are now deplaning because Dallas maintenance is at lunch. Waiting on paperwork for over an hour.

@AmericanAir so why does your planes always breakdown. I’m 3 for 3 this year, board plane and guess what maintenance problem. Now sitting on plane waiting an hour + for maintenance to sign paperwork.

Just when you think @PHLAirport can’t get any worse, it closes the Chick-fil-A location. Why, because it was popular and the least expensive option? Also don’t fly in after 11pm and expect to use the bathrooms, they are all closed at once. Way to stay worst airport in USA

@FedEx you have to have the worst customer service phone people available. I asked for manager and they said no and hung up. Package needed signature and delivery guy didn’t knock on door just ran up, put sign saying he tried(I got it in ring camera).

@FedEx @FedEx is now just completely lying to me. They say I can drive over an hour away(2 total hours) in the snow to get package, but it closes at 8pm. But then told me my package could be delivered between 8am and 8pm tomorrow. So how is my package at facility tonight before 8pm

@SouthwestAir landed at PHL and been sitting at gate waiting to get off for about 40 minutes. Not much communication on what is going on. Flight WN4533

@AmericanAir @PHLAirport 45 minutes after we land finally off plane. And the kick inthe nuts gate C31 which we had to go into, no flight was going out of it on our plane. I should be compensated for them docking around with my time 4+ hours because they have old planes @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir you have got to do better. 4 hour delay because of mechanical, finally get to PHL and gate is occupied so we are sitting in a parking spot. The plane at gate is not even close to pushing back(still loading luggage). Flight AA3089

@AmericanAir @AmericanAir so still sitting 50 feet from gate and holding up all traffic. American has asked me to DM them 4 times, which I have not no call or anything. This is F’n nuts. PHL ground team do better. This happens every time in PHL @PHLAirport
