In all my yrs as a PM, this past wk has been the worst for complaints & moans from disgruntled patients fuelled by bad press telling them they’re getting a bad service. Which they are not!

@BarbaraSutton15 @DeanEggitt @MsRonnieDorsey This is what will end the partnership model as many earn the same or less than a salaried GP. So they throw in the towel and hand back the contract (I’m seeing this happen a lot) then all the free work being done will cease as large companies take over.

If you're seeing all this stuff about abuse of GPs/staff and wonder what you can do......
1. before you call your surgery, think about what you NEED rather than what you want
2. try the eConsult (should be on the website) easier than phoning
3. Be kind
