I got a working diagnosis of OCD last year. I have spent quite a while trying to work out whether or not I do have it.

I don’t have an answer yet, but I have written a song that describes what it’s like inside my head.🧠

Today I filmed a music video, but it didn’t feel like it 🥹

I got to spend the day thinking, talking, breathing,being the happiest little outdoor person with my favourite people 🦆

Life is different to how it was even last year,I keep having to pinch myself to know it’s real.

I’ve had weirdly good body image this week. No explanation for it but I’m feeling it.😍

My body is functional and I am healthy. I am smart as fuck!😂

Body image is the thing that has taken me the longest to grasp, but we might be finally making some headway here.

What a wholesome weekend.

Feeling very happy and grateful.

I woke up to the sound of a duck this morning and wasn’t mad about it at all 🦆😍

I experienced @buildabear for the first time.
I ate LOADS of amazing food surrounded with the best people, and Steven cuddles!

I used to think going to the gym was lifting the heaviest weights I possibly could or running further than anyone else.

I never understood when people had the motivation to go to the gym everyday or move their bodies until I started myself.

CONSISTENCY is key!
