I have every player write their individual and team goals on the first day of spring ball. I’m currently meeting with each individual for 1:1 session to discuss what they wrote down and help bring clarity to what their purpose is for playing. Will reassess with them before the season starts and again midway through, then at the end of the season with exit sessions
