Our S4 done us all proud yesterday on our trip to Liverpool. We explored the International Slavery Museum, Museum of Liverpool, Albert Dock and Liverpool One and a wonderful time was had by all! @SpringburnSP
S4 health and food tech designed their own healthy product which met 3 current dietary goals of their choice. They identified all nutrients in their recipe and conducted a dietary analysis of the portion compared to the DRV for a teenager πππ₯

S4 practical cookery had the whole corridor smelling great this afternoon with their spaghetti bolognaise. They were demonstrating cookery processes; boiling, simmering and frying while using sensory descriptions to evaluate the appearance, texture and taste π
