Saturday saw us welcome Sandon Royals Res to Arun Park and the visitors took the 3 points as they came away 3-1 winners. A game that was largely dominated by us, a lack of quality in front of goal meant it wasn’t to be.

We go again next week where we face Shenfield A.

Today we take the trip to @fc_mayland, for our seventh pre season friendly of this campaign.

Another fixture against opposition in a higher league will provide a strong test as we move ever close to the start of the season.

Two games in quick succession saw us face two Mid-Essex Prem sides in @huttonfc ‘A’ and @blackmore1st. Two very promising performances and plenty of positives to take into the new season.

A midweek fixture against The Rodings ended in a 2-2 draw. A squad full of new faces and plenty of talent on display, another satisfying pre season friendly for the side.
