@SELondonICS please be aware of this mess that we have not had any help with. Not impressed! It is causing huge issues for clinical and admin staff and we have been left to fend for ourselves. This is a patient accident waiting to happen and unsustainable.
4 days of non functioning @EMISHealth. Can’t write into clinical notes and repeated system crashes in the run up to Xmas. Zero response. Absolutely appalling customer service but that is what you get from monopoly provider. I have little hair left but whatever I had is now gone

Case number of COVID continue to be high. Please remain vigilant. The symptoms are mainly upper airway….cough, hoarse voice, sore throat. Temperature and shortness of breath seem to be less common in current cases we are seeing. We have a dedicated respiratory clinic on site.
Vaccinations has been a polarising topic of late. MMR coverage is down to 87% nationally. We are aiming for 95%. Please don’t let debate on COVID vaccinations affect the uptake of MMR. If your child is missing doses (two doses needed by age 5) then please speak to us.
We are actively vaccinating patients with the COVID-19 vaccine so please book with us. If you have an appointment and can’t make it, please let us know as soon as you can. The vaccine cannot be stored and if you do not turn up we need to discard and therefore waste doses.
If you have symptoms suggestive of COVID, please ensure you do the PCR test (via walk in centre or post). The rapid test (often called lateral flow) which you can check at home should NOT be used when you have symptoms. We continue to see lateral flow tests being used incorrectly
The COVID-19 vaccine has already saved thousands of lives. Don't delay in getting your vaccine when it's offered to you.

Even if you've had your #COVID19 jab, it's still important to keep following the national guidelines and remember to:
▪️ Wash your hands regularly
▪️ Wear a face covering where appropriate
▪️ Keep your distance from others
We are now vaccinating all our older patients and especially those who are housebound and most vulnerable. So far, the vast majority of people contacted have had their COVID-19 vaccine. This is great news and a huge team effort. Please remember to check our website for more info
COVID vaccines still going strong but sad to hear the myths and lies being spread. Please be careful what you read and hear. We have put some guidance and vaccine answers on our website to help. Please inform yourself properly before making your choice.
Vaccine done. I would strongly encourage all patients to have it when your turn comes. We had another good webinar today to answer questions and queries and will hold more of them soon as there are still many questions and concerns people have about the vaccine
We are now contacting and booking people for COVID vaccines this weekend. We will be prioritising by age first and encourage everyone to take up the vaccine when it’s your turn. We have another vaccine Q&A this Thursday lunchtime. Please get in touch if you would like to join
Thanks to everyone who joined our Q&A last night. We hope people found it helpful. Lots of vaccine related questions! Just to remind everyone that we will soon start calling people in order of priority for the vaccine and that the vaccine is the ONLY way to protect against COVID
We are holding a zoom Q&A for patients on Thursday 7th Jan at 5pm. We want to hear your views about how the practice has been working and answer any questions you may have about our new system (eg E-Consults) and vaccine. If interested, please email us [email protected]
Dedicated flu clinics are available next week on Monday 30th and Thursday 3rd. We have successfully vaccinated many people. There is still time to get yours done if eligible. The surgery has taken all necessary measure to make sure we are working in a safe way for everyone
Reminder to people who have not had their flu jab yet that we are still running regular flu clinics and also able to offer flu vaccines outside of dedicated times. Please contact reception to book. We are making sure to keep you safe while you are in the building
We are really pleased to launch our new look website https://t.co/us4RCXwGnN
