Idle thought:
I wonder if at one point in development, the final form of Sigma in X5 faced the screen directly. Maybe had been done in pixel art before being replaced by the weird angle and non-sensical positioned 3D Rendered abomination we see here.

Probably my least favourite Sigma fight to be honest. Outside of Phase 1, it all feels rather half-baked.

At least X6's had the excuse of the game being super-rushed and having the budget of a ham sandwich.
And the best boss theme in the series.

I love him so much. Neil's dellivery is perfect.
From every interaction & wildly funny "Astarion approves" that crop up.
I've taken him on every Party I've built in BG3, and even abandoned a Rogue playerbuilt cause I realised what I was missing.

Actually a lil concerned by it.

@themmnetwork IDK if memory is playing tricks on me, but wasn't the reason Ruby Spears went with the artstyle it did also Capcom's request.
The test animation was on model, and those designs got reused for the OVA

The sheer number of Aliens toys that were around (and I had several of, they were great) makes me wonder if Aliens was in for the same treatment and just didn't get past production.

Admittedly some of these sounded worse and grindier than they actually end up being. Just two stage's Golden Badnicks and then clearing out Trip's story.

Heard things about her Final Boss though. I already thought the Egg Robot final boss was tediously long and uninteresting...

As crap as I think grindy achievements are, I've found they end up as perfectly mindless for when you're unwell/stressed out? and all that.
(Inability to keep food down, terrible insomia, dad's not long come out of hospital, etc)

Guess, Sonic Superstars is my next 100% clear.

Doesn't help anyone and just serves to drive people off.

First accessiblity features are important.

Gatekeeping hurts everyone.

We got games about Making Mega Man. We got games about the making of making of Mega Man. Good Levels, side projects, fanworks taking weirdo characters no one even gave a second thought too, even strange people, myself included, remaking titles in the series.
