10 Rules For MEN
1. Never reconcile with a lady who has cheated on you.
She demonstrated her true self to you. Don't turn into a fallback or a choice for her. Have enough self-respect to go and never return.
2. You should never be treated disrespectfully.
You lose control of yourself the instant you give in to it. Demand respect, be forceful, and don't settle for anything less. People need to understand that you are a valuable man.
3. Avoid shaking hands while seated.
It's an indication of weakness and indolence. Get to your feet, meet their gaze, and hold on tightly. Make sure your handshake conveys respect because it is your word.
4. Don't spend a fortune trying to impress people.
The only people who give up their future for temporary approval are idiots. While you amass wealth, let others pursue vanity.
5. You should never eat the last of something you didn't purchase.
It comes down to self-control and respect. A true guy is aware of when to stand back and when to take. Be respectful, have self-control, and never take without giving.
6. If you are unsure of the answer to a question, stop for at least five seconds before responding.
It demonstrates your self-control and lack of impatience. A quick mouth is not the same as a quick thought. Think, then talk authoritatively.
7. Don't ask for love.
You are no longer valuable the instant you do. Real men attract rather than chase. If she doesn't think you're valuable, walk away with a smile on your face.
8. Shake hands firmly and firmly.
It conveys respect, strength, and confidence. A weak man is demonstrated by a poor handshake. Hold on with intention, make eye contact, and allow them to sense your presence.
9. Exercise four times a week or more.
Strength is the cornerstone of a powerful life, and your body is your temple. No short cuts, no excuses just commitment and discipline. Being at your best is something you owe to yourself.
10. Develop your self-defense skills.
The world is at the mercy of a guy who is unable to defend himself. Knowing that you can manage any situation gives you strength, skill, and confidence. Be your own first and last line of defense; don't depend on other people to keep you safe.
Item 7
There is an epidemic brewing in Nigeria as a result of bad governance, whether many people realize it or not.
Poverty doesn't just affect people's pockets it creates a cycle of social problems.
1. Parents are forced to spend most of their time hustling just to survive, leaving little time for family and proper child upbringing.
2. Unstable homes often produce children who grow up without adequate guidance, support, or opportunities.
3. Poorly raised and economically disadvantaged youths become more vulnerable to crime, fraud, drug abuse, prostitution, and other desperate means of survival.
The tragedy is that when a population is kept poor, struggling, and distracted by survival, it becomes easier to manipulate and control.
Instead of investing in education, jobs, and social welfare, leaders allow conditions that perpetuate the cycle of poverty and its consequences.
A nation cannot develop when millions of its young people are fighting daily battles just to survive.
And the effect will be total societal collapsed and most of the politicians won't be alive to see it.

One thing poverty teaches Nigerians very early is how to pretend everything is fine.
You’ll see someone tweeting jokes all day and not know they’re battling unpaid rent, family pressure, unemployment, depression, and survival at the same time.
This country has produced some of the strongest actors in the world.
Not because we love pretending
but because many people cannot afford to break down publicly.
Welldone Nigerians.
