I am guessing most Yankee fans didn't love his time here, but I think Grisham embodies the attitude of most of the players on this team. Playing for the Yankees is a pretty good gig. You get treated well, make good money, there isn't a lot of accountability and you aren't really held to a high performance standard by the organization. Heck, you can have a terrible season, and still bat lead off in the most important game of the year. Sure, those annoying fans still naively have high expectations, but the country club atmosphere is worth some booing.
