The @SPSR6 BOE approved the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for another year!
For the last 3 years, our students have been able to eat free breakfasts, lunches, & afterschool meals through the CEP program. This will continue for the 2022-2023 school year!

The Sikeston R-6 Football Stadium, including the track, will be closed to the public beginning tomorrow, Thursday, May 19th at 7am for Graduation set up. It will reopen on Tuesday, May 24th. #WeAreSikeston

Our incoming freshman (Class of 2026) will be signing their letter of intent for the next 4 years committing to Sikeston High School Football.

This evening, Mrs. Rebecca Steward retired from the Sikeston Board of Education. Mrs. Steward has served this community and our district for the last 9 years. We thank her for her dedication to the students and staff of @SPSR6 !

Our maintenance department has been transitioning the Southeast Elementary' s playground from wood mulch to rubber mulch.
No more of the wood chips stuck to our students socks, sweaters, and jackets!

Mr. Brian Henson's Graphic Arts students are busy making some very cute gifts for all of the children who will take part in the Kindergarten Screening next week.
