Machu is always so bold! So 'uncommon'! And Nyaan can't help but agree and want to follow along. She'd show her love for her dear red by feeding her the absurdly big cake she baked and spend the night away watching movies and homemade pizza– they will do their absolute best!
Her? A savior? She'd laugh if Nyaan ever called her that. Still, she knows that together, they can both be 'saved' by loving the other. She knows they'll both do their best this Valentine's Day!
That sentiment is a shared one. She also wants Machu to smile, to feel happy... beyond partners, she views her dearest red as a savior to cherish until the end.
Hm. She has plenty of things to do, thinking on it... more than merely a homemade cake.
Her first Valentine's Day on earth, and all she can think about is how much she wants Nyaan to smile.
Maybe she could get her partner chocolates. She hoped that wouldn't be too basic. To that end, she'll have decorative variants bundled for her special one.
"Not at all." Arms under her head, she rested against her Knightmare with apparent nonchalance. "Having pride in one's skills... that's a luxury not many have as is."
"So long as you're there, maybe I won't." She hid her smile with that.
Helping herself out of bed, she bent over to touch her toes, loosening her stiff back.
"Were you looking into recipes while I was out yesterday?"
"You won't burn it."
She believed in that; they'd spent enough evenings together to prevent a mistake like that from happening again.
That is, if they restrained themselves enough to not suck face mid cooking session.
"It's a new dish... I hope you'll like it."
@SpuriousMura Hard enough was it for her to keep herself propped by her arms. She couldn't mouth a wise enough thought in protest.
Honestly? She didn't want to.
Second by second, the memory of the boy she vowed to recover was... fading, becoming shards of memory lost in the ether of time. >
Like a cat finally rising from its curl. Nyaan couldn't help her quiet observation, one accompanied by a thin smile.
"I like cooking for you." If she had to admit, that was one of her favorite parts of their daily lives. "But... dinner is on you."
"Mm."
Truthfully, she wanted to turn back over at that mention. Luckily, Nyaan's kisses were powerful.
Enough to get her to sit up and stretch her arms way high.
"Sorry for making you wait.
I wanted to help you cook today."
Whatever it was, was it also in the dream for Machu to receive another kiss? Right onto her nose? Because that's where Nyaan's lips went next.
"It's a bit late..." She muttered. "Breakfast is almost ready."
