That revenue would be put back into the renovations and leaves if the Blazers leave. The city still owns the building that needs renovation if the Blazers leave

A renovated Moda was pitched to get the WBB Final 4 in 2030. The Blazers also provide the best source of revenue to pay for Moda. Live in reality
