DBD’s biggest mistake is the lack of attention chases are receiving. Chases have turned into an overwhelmingly bad experience for survivors and it’s turning so many people away from the game.

Something that once had a 50/50 chance of winning, had that intense feeling of “who’s gonna make the first mistake”, is now just a certain way to getting hooked.

Chase perks have been nerfed, some rightfully so, killers powers have been focused on downing faster (Knight, SM, Singularity, Xeno), survivor vaults are a mess, latency. Where does that leave chases?

I don’t want to hold m1 for 5 gens or hide. That’s not what made me fall in love with DBD. And I want that thrilling feeling back!
