i was banned on a flase flag in march for months i have been trying to get a proper appeal @discord_support ai has prevented this, now my account is showing as deleted and it hasent even been 6 months, i paid for nitro for a year how is this service? how can you post you care?

@LolbitLover78 @discord_support yea just check back in occasionally. put in a request for your data, you can do so by emailing the privacy email. then at least you will get any of your friends listsa nd important info you might have sent.

@discord i mean she is ghosting me this is just a coincidence, unless shes trying to contact the account you banned falsely after i was hacked 5 months ago and wont actually look into restoring.

@RabiaPink62083 @discord_support its a lottery really, i have seen people get responses in less then an hour or weeks later. as far as the support its bugged and they are severely understaffed, they think ai is the answer and it probably helps but they dont support when it dosent

@LolbitLover78 @discord_support you got to ease off the tickets, each time you make a new one you get sent back in the que, only if they are being marked as solved and you cant reply via email, as email will open the ticket back up usually

@RabiaPink62083 @discord_support i tried for months to get @discord_support to reply, it did once with the same generic copy paste it sends via ai in the tickets lol. after you place your ticket if you get an email response only reply via email, you get less chance at being flagged as spam

@LolbitLover78 @mts_22natoo @discord_support the most help they can offer is a guide through the ticket system a guide which can be found on reddit. or there going to advise arbitration process. there are no shortcuts. if you where banned depending on what it was for your looking at 2 - 3 months minimum.

@RabiaPink62083 @discord_support even better i prepaid for a year of nitro in december (5 years), took them 3 months just to begin processing my data request. i dont understand how a company who dosent really make money can say no to revenue sources, but hey if they want me to save a few bucks a year im glad to

filed a dispute ticket this morning, already force solved with no reply, just opened another one.

almost 5 months now @discord_support after multiple tickets and continued autoclosures or directions from ai that lead to forced solved not oe ticket has actually been looked at. i did not post the content, somebody just has to look at the ip logs.

@discord_support this is a straight lie, you banned my account 5 months ago after i was hacked and have yet to allow a proper appeal. you might at bestr eview the content but not the context, which leads those false negatives to go unresolved for months if not indefinitely.

account was hacked then banned for content i did not post. 3 month ticket was locked without reply and appeal was once again processed withiut the compromise addressed. what do i do @discord_support i cant get a review with all factors taken into account. we are near 4 months now

hey @discord_support quick question, if my account is hacked and that party posts content violating the tos does that mean I get punished for it? even though the content was posted without my consent or knowledge? im confused by the appeal response.
