@mac1_ryan Felt that for years. Recall my first revalidation conference there was a pro licensed tutor who was incredibly dull and lifeless. Then there was a B licensed (then Porto academy) Pep Ljinders who was incredible. The badges feel like H&S. A passionate coach will learn anyway
