@IndianOilcl My father has already completed e-KYC, but his Connection Details still show the old “Last e-KYC: 31 May 2024” and status as “Expired.” Please update the latest e-KYC details and resolve this issue. @IndianOilcl @MoPNG_eSeva @HardeepSPuri

@IndianOilcl I’m trying to complete e-KYC on the IndianOil app, but it says “e-KYC already completed.” However, my profile shows e-KYC Status: Expired (Last e-KYC: 31 May 2024). Please fix this issue and allow me to complete e-KYC. #IndianOil #eKYC #LPG

@uhbvnpkl @NayabSainiBJP @anilvijminister If there was any issue, the reason should have been mentioned and the complaint kept pending. Marking it "Resolved" without a site visit is unacceptable. Please investigate.

@uhbvnpkl @NayabSainiBJP @anilvijminister @UHBVNL I received an SMS stating that my complaint has been resolved. However, no one visited the site and the issue still exists.
