How about a simple solution hire a translater in banks for communication gap.

She's there because she gave the bank exams and passed them, no where in the exam was kannada language syllabus. Imagine this 'Super Mado' guys daughter became a bank employee and some local goons harassed her over language, how would he feel? THIS LADY IS #SUPER_MADO
