Parody Top Tip
If a patient needs bloods give them a ducking form. Don't expect us to put the details on the system, call the paitent, then interpret the results and then write back to you. We are drowning here. You wouldn't expect your consultant colleagues to do this for you.
WHO DO GPs WORK FOR?
‘GPs don’t truly work for the NHS as they are independent contractors’
They don’t provide 1.3m appts a day for the NHS, haven’t provided 20% more appts than 2019, have failed to give 70% of all Covid vaccines, haven’t done this with fewer Drs & less funding
2 out of every 3 frontline NHS staff don’t have access to a staff room.
We think it’s completely unacceptable for staff to work such long shifts, on their feet, without appropriate rest facilities.
Please RT if you agree.

#GPCrisis Blame MPs not GPs
🙏 all for your wishes and support for Pranay who successfully completed the New York marathon. What an example of determination, perseverance, grit and passion for a cause 👏
One of the commonest reasons for having a referral to a specialist team rejected is 'overlooking' to tick a box on a complex referral from. Why not just proceed with processing the referral and request any further information that is needed rather than rejecting it outright?
No idea who did this, but they deserve acknowledgement. Today's elephant is all that Russian money swishing around the west, especially in the UK (aka "the laundry"), funding political campaigns and parties, buying our grandest buildings and sport's teams, sponsoring everything.
Problem about saying GPs don’t work is that it’s not true. We do.But not all we do is in consulting room. We have to supervise staff, sit on committees, attend MDTs, do R&D, attend conferences on patients, train ourselves, attend court, & more. This is all part of being a GP. (1)
